Samuel has experience in Production Management, Quality Control Management and Food Product Development. He also has experience in Renewable Energy and Project Management with 10 years working experience in areas such as, Agro-Food Processing, food process characterization, Post Harvest Technology, Food Microbiology, Biomass Energy and Energy Audit.
He worked as an Associate Advisor and Project Manager of SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. He was responsible for the ‘Productive Use of Thermal Energy for Agro-Processing’ project funded by GIZ and also as a co-project implementer in the Sustainable Fisheries Management Project (SFMP) of USAID. He has good experience in community mobilization, knowledge development and action research.
